Residential Services
We offer many residential services where you can keep your existing hardware or new lock installation including keyless entry locks.
Re Key: you get to keep your existing hardware, but all old keys won’t work. If you’ve recently moved, lost your keys, or have had work done on your home and gave keys to a contractor this is a very budget friendly option. We make it so all your locks use just one key, making it easier for you.
Lock Repair: Have a lock that sticks? Got to wiggle your keys to make the lock work? Is the door sticking? Key doesn’t work? This service will get your locks working in tip top shape and keeps your hardware on your home.
New Lock Installation: We either supply you with hardware we carry, or you can purchase your preferred hardware and we can install for you. All supplied parts and labor are covered under a 5 year warranty for your convenience.

We can order and install most hardware within a week and offer most repairs within 1-2 business days, and offer flexible net terms to repeat commercial clients. We do work with property and real estate management companies.

Antique hardware poses a very specific set of problems that require skill and outside-the-box thinking to repair to functionality. We offer repairing for most antique and vintage locks to keep your Victorian or MCM home period correct. With over 10 years of experience AJ is able to repair many of these one-of-a-kind locks.
